A hand with your workshop

For help with any Workshop tool, email hello@ideasallday.com. Tell us the tool name, what you tried and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private information first. Never include passwords or sign-in codes.

Sign in and reconnect

Use the email address you originally signed in with. If an email code has expired, request a new one. If ChatGPT says a connection has expired, reconnect that tool and approve its access again.

Find your saved work

Open the same tool while signed in to the same account. Projects are private to that account. Pattern Print documents are temporary; download generated PDFs before leaving the session.

Export or delete

Your account includes workspace export and account deletion. Export important data first. Deletion is permanent for the live workspace and requires a fresh sign-in.

Making and printing

Check dimensions and materials before cutting or stitching. Print a calibration page at Actual size and measure it before printing a full PDF pattern. Workshop does not send jobs to a printer or control cutting equipment.

These tools are still being tested. Please report problems and keep local copies of important exports. We do not promise a particular support response time.
